节电平带的应用实践

探讨国产CNG橡胶节电锭带和转杯纺高速龙带的运转性能和纺纱质量.对CNG橡胶节电锭带、棉锭带和进口锭带的物理性能、纺纱质量及节电效果进行了试验对比,在F1603型转杯纺纱机上对国产NYCO高速龙带和进口龙带进行了纺纱试验对比.结果表明:CNG橡胶节电锭带扯断强力高,抗静电性好,相对于棉锭带纺纱质量改善,节电效果好,其纺纱质量与进口锭带无差异;国产高速龙带具有传动效率高、节电、使用寿命长等特点.认为国产节电平带有利于提高成纱质量,降低生产成本.

Application Practice of Electric Saving Belt

Operation property and spinning quality of domestic CNG robber spindle tape and rotor spinning high speed apron belt were discussed. Physical property, spinning quality and electric saving effect of CNG roller spindle tape, cotton spindle tape and imported spindle tape were compared, and the comparison test of domestic NYCO high speed apron belt and imported apron belt was done in F1603 rotor spinning frame. The result shows that CNG robber electric saving spindle tape has higher slitting strength, better static resistance, and the spinning quality of it is better than that of cotton spindle tape, it also has better electric saving effect, and there is no difference from the spinning quality of imported spindle tape. Domestic apron belt has higher transfer rate, more electric saving, longer service life and so on, the test shows that domestic electric saving belt is feasible to enhance yarn quality and reduce production cost.
