| 摘 要： | 评标作为政府采购整个过程的关键环节，不仅关系到能否择优定标，而且关系到供应商的利益，甚至会影响整个招标采购活动的成败．评标过程中，选择何种评标方法是重中之重．然而。现行方法中缺乏客观性、合理性．为此，探索了一种切实可行的评标方法——综合加权平均差价法。
