摘    要:尽管有关阀控密封铅酸蓄电池内部氧循环问题及使用钯催化剂已有不少研究,但对于阀控密封铅酸蓄电池钯催化剂的制备方法研究较少。通过化学镀法制备了载体型贵金属钯催化剂Pd/Al2O3,并探讨了镀液组成、工艺条件各种因素对镀钯速度的影响,最后在阀控密封铅酸蓄电池中测试了这种催化剂活性。

Abstract:Although much attention were paid to the valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA) battery internal oxygen cycle and the palladium catalysts were used in VRLA battery, studies of the preparation methods of VRLA battery palladium catalysts were not many. Consequently the palladium catalyst (Pd/Al2O3) was formed on the inner surface of alumina by electroless plating. In the plating process, the bath compositions and plating conditions on palladium depositing rate were discussed in detail and the catalytic activity was tested.
