从宇航企业的实践看我国中小企业质量管理体系的持续改进

持续改进是企业运营的永恒主题，是增强企业能力、满足市场要求的循环活动。本文分析了我国目前中小企业质量管理体系持续改进中存在的问题，并结合宇航企业质量管理体系持续改进的实践，提出了一些持续改进的途径和方法。

Study on Continuous Improvement of Quality Management System in Small and Medium Enterprises of China from the Perspective of Aerospace Enterprise Practice

Continuous improvement is the eternal theme of enterprise operation, which is a kind of loop activity to improve enterprise capability and meet market requirements. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the continuous improvement of quality management system in small and medium enterprises of China. Combining with the practice of aerospace enterprises, it also puts forwards the ways and methods of continuous improvement.
