摘    要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中氟吡菌胺和百菌清含量的方法。采用250 min×4.60 mm(i.d.)Acclaim~(TM)120 C_(18)、5μm柱分离,以乙腈-水(体积比为70:30)为流动相,在210nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。百菌清与氟吡菌胺的线性相关系数分别为0.999 8和1.000 0;变异系数分别为0.37%和0.38%:平均回收率分别为99.48%和99.36%。该方法操作简便快捷,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好,是较理想的分析方法。

Analysis of Fluopicolide and Chlorothalonilin 45% SC by LC
Abstract:A LC method for the determination of fluopicolide and chlorothalonil under the same chromatogram condition was developed. The LC conditions were AcclaimTM120 C18、5 μm column, acetonitrile-water (70:30 byvol) as mobile phage, and detection wave length at 210 nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of chlorothalonil and fluopicolide were 0.999 8 and 1.000 0. The variation coefficients were 0.37% and 0.38%. The average recoveries were 99.48% and 99.36%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
