Study on the Standardization Construction of Asset Life Cycle Management System

When an enterprise establishes its management system, the construction thought is very important which is related to whether the construction goals can be achieved.This article , introduces the thoughts on standardization construction of asset life cycle management system of SGCC at several aspects such as the top-level design, system construction, system operation and system evaluation,with the expectation to provide some experience to other enterprises, especially large state-owned enterprises.
