甘蓝和土壤中三氟甲吡醚残留量的快速定性与定量

摘    要:建立了甘蓝和土壤中三氟甲吡醚残留的快速定性与定量方法。样品采用乙腈提取,分散固相萃取法净化,液相色谱/质谱电喷雾电离源、正离子模式下进行多反应监测。结果表明,三氟甲吡醚添加量在0.05~1.0 mg/kg水平下,甘蓝和土壤中的回收率为82.1%~98.0%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~14.1%,满足三氟甲吡醚残留量的检测要求。

Qualitation and Quantitation of Pyridalyl Residue in Cabbage and Soil
Abstract:A method for the qualitation and quantitation of pyridalyl residue in cabbage and soil was developed. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with dispersive solid phase extraction(DSPE). The residue of pyridalyl was analysed by HPLC-MS/MS with ESI in positive ion and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. When the addition levels were in the range of 0.05-1.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries ranged from 86.6%to 112.0%and the relative standard deviations were from 6.8%to 14.7%. This analytical method could meet the requirement for pyridalyl residue.
