| 摘 要： | 国际标准可以有效支撑公共政策的制定与实施。本文以ISO/IEC报告为研究对象，分析了公共政策与国际标准之间的高度契合关系，以及采用国际标准支撑公共政策的效益，研究了国际标准支撑公共政策的路径与方法，以及相关机制问题，提出了利用国际标准资源提高我国公共政策执行力的若干原则性建议。

| Abstract: | International standards can support the development and implementation of public policy effectively. Taking the ISO/IEC report as research target, the paper analyses the high degree fitting relations between public policy and international standards, and the benefits of international standards supporting public policy, and studies the path and method of international standards supporting public policy, as well as related mechanisms, providing recommendations in principle to improve the execution of public policy by the use of international standards. |
