数据平台标准体系研究

近年来，政府和企业对于数据作用的认识达到了前所未有的高度，数据平台建设的投入也越来越大。为提升政府、事业单位相关部门数据平台的标准化水平，促进公共信息在社会诚信体系建设中的作用，本文在借鉴OPC系列标准设计理念的基础上，按照国家相关政策法规的要求，提出了数据平台标准体系，重点分析了数据在交换和安全方面的技术要求，为我国数据平台的建设和应用标准化水平提升做出了有益的探索。

Study on Data Platform Standards System

In recent years, the role of data has reached an unprecedented height for the government and enterprises, so the investment of data platform construction is also growing. In order to promote the standardization level of relevant data platform of government and public institutions and promote the role of public information in the construction of social credit system, this paper takes reference of the OPC series standard design concept, puts forward a data platform standards system according to the relevant national policies and regulations, analyzes the related technical requirements of data exchange and security, which makes a useful exploration for enhancing the standardization level of China's data platform construction and application.
