串联液质联用技术检测蔬菜和水果中新烟碱类杀虫剂残留

摘    要:建立了采用串联液质联用技术测定蔬菜和水果中新烟碱类杀虫剂残留的方法。采用乙腈提取样品中新烟碱类杀虫剂农药残留,用氨基柱进行净化,串联液质联用电喷雾电离源正离子模式进行多反应监测。结果表明,5种新烟碱类杀虫剂添加量为0.02~0.4 mg/kg时,蔬菜和水果中的回收率为75.6%~114.5%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~14.4%,符合痕量分析要求。

Determination of Neonicotinoid Insecticides Residues in Vegetables and Fruits by HPLC-MS/MS
Abstract:A method for the determination of neonicotinoid insecticides residues in vegetables and fruits was developed by HPLC-MS/MS. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with amino column. The residues of neonicotinoid insecticides was quantitated by HPLC-MS/MS with ESI in positive ion and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. When the addition levels were in the range of 0.02-0.4 mg/kg, the average recoveries ranged from 75.6% to 114.5% and the relative standard deviations were from 2.0% to 14.4%. This analytical method could meet the requirement for neonicotinoid insecticides residues.
