摘    要:近年来,我国网络交易迅猛发展,并已成为全球网络销售第一大国。但与此同时,在网络交易过程中产业链各环节之间信息传递不畅、缺乏可信交易环境、产品质量低下等问题也日益突出,而标准化因其规范性、系统性和协调一致性而成为解决上述问题的重要支撑。本文在梳理标准化技术委员会、国家及行业标准制定、地方相关标准化工作现状的基础上,分析了网络交易服务与管理标准化存在的问题,并从建立标准体系、消除“标准孤岛”、提升标准质量等视角给出改进建议。

Research on the Current Situation and Improvement of the Standardization of Network Transaction Service and Management in China
Abstract:In recent years, network transactions have experienced rapid development in China, and China has become the world's largest network sales. But problems in every link of industry chain of network transaction process is becoming more and more prominent, such as information transmission is not smooth, lack of trusted trading environment and low product quality, etc. Standardization is an important support to solve the above problems because of its normative, systematic and coordinated consistency. Based on the current situation of standardization technical committee, national and industry standard development and revision, and local standardization work, this paper analyzes the existing problems of internet transaction services and management standardization, providing suggestions from the perspective of establishing the standards system, getting rid of “standard island”, improving the standard quality.
