梳型聚羧酸盐分散剂在均三氮苯类农药制剂中的应用

摘    要:考察梳型聚羧酸盐分散剂在均三氮苯类农药制剂中的应用效果。采用超细粉碎、旋转造粒法制备4种均三氮苯类农药水分散颗粒剂(WDG)。以悬浮率、润湿性、崩解性、热贮稳定性等为标准,再结合农药结构以及Zeta电位的变化分析制剂的质量。梳型聚羧酸盐分散剂对均三氮苯类农药的分散作用各异。当分散剂用量为4%~6%时,WDG的性能如悬浮率、润湿性、抗硬水能力、Zeta电位及热贮稳定性均达到甚至超过国外同类型分散剂的效果。梳型聚羧酸盐分散剂对不同结构的均三氮苯类农药有不同的作用效果,能够为该类农药复配制剂的配方开发提供参考。

Application of Polycarboxylate Dispersants in the Formulation ofS-triazine Herbicides
Abstract:The application of polycarboxylate dispersant in the formulation ofS-triazine herbicides was investigated. The four formulations was processed by ultrafine grinding and rotary granulation; According to the stand of suspension rate, dispersity,water-destructible property, heat storage stability, the structure ofS-triazine herbicides and the change of Zeta potential, we analysized these formulations. The results showed that the dispersant was best forS-triazine herbicides formulation. When the amount of dispersant was 4%-6%, the performance of these formulations such as suspension rate, dispersity and heat storage stability was better than overseas products. Polycarboxylate dispersant had different effect for S-triazine herbicides with different structure as different group in the triazine group. The results can be a reference for developing the mixed formulations.
