我国居民质量满意度及影响因素分析

摘    要:从产品、服务、工程和环境等角度对全国31个省的15,500名居民进行抽样调查,得到我国居民的质量满意度。通过有序响应Logit模型进行实证分析,探讨质量满意度的相关影响因素。研究发现,我国大部分居民认为质量是值得全社会关注的重点问题;目前我国居民对质量基本满意,但是满意程度不高,其中工程质量满意程度最高,其次是服务质量、产品质量;居民对环境质量不满意。计量模型结果显示质量提升与质量的满意度有很强的正相关关系,其中权重排序为环境、工程、服务、产品;城市居民、高学历、高收入、老年人等对质量需求高、预期高的群体的质量满意度低。我国的质量状况的地域差异较大,但是质量的提升都会提高当地居民的质量满意度。

Study on the Chinese Residents' Quality Satisfaction and Its Influencing Factors
Abstract:In this paper, a field survey of 15,500 residents in 31 provinces of China was conducted in terms of product, service, construction and environment to measure the Chinese residents' quality satisfaction. The influencing factors of quality satisfaction were analyzed through the Logit model with ordinal response. The statistical results showed that most residents believe that quality issue is a worthy focus of concern. In general, residents have positive attitudes toward quality with a low satisfaction level. Among the four subcategories, construction quality has the highest satisfaction level, followed by service quality and product quality; residents were unsatisfied with the quality of environment. Modeling results indicated that the improvements of quality have the most significant effects. Among those quality improvement variables, environment quality improvement, which is the unsatisfactory aspect, has the largest weight. Urban residents, high education, high income, and elders group have lower quality satisfaction level. China has a significant area discrepancy in quality conditions. However, the residents’ satisfaction level will increase with the promotion of quality.
