太阳能光伏阵列模拟器综述

摘    要:太阳能光伏并网发电的广泛应用使得光伏并网逆变器的研究成为热点,而太阳能光伏阵列模拟器的研制解决了光伏并网逆变器调试过程中的模拟输入问题,大大缩短了光伏并网逆变器的研制周期并降低了成本。太阳能光伏阵列模拟器主要由整流电路、功率电路和控制电路三个部分组成,在对以上三部分电路进行归纳、分类和总结的基础上,结合现有太阳能光伏阵列模拟器的研究和产品,分别从不同模拟技术的工作原理、实现方法、性能指标等多个方面进行分析,为太阳能光伏阵列模拟器的研制和产品化提供参考。

Abstract:The research on photovoltaic grid-connected inverter becomes a hot spot for the extensive use of solar photovoltaic grid-connected power generation,while the development of solar photovoltaic array simulator resolves the problem of analog input in the debugging process of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,and also largely shortens the development cycle and cut down the cost.The simulator mainly consists of rectifier circuit,power circuit and control circuit.The work principle,implementation,performance indexes and other aspects were analyzed in different analog technologies combined with the current research achievements and productions on the basis of giving induction,classification and conclusion,and also a reference for the manufacture and producibility of the solar photovoltaic array simulator was provided.
