摘    要:锂离子电池的应用日益广泛,特别是方形锂离子电池由于具有体积利用率高、组合方便等优点得到更多的关注。介绍了一种耐变形的方形锂离子电池设计,针对大容量方形锂离子电池的变形问题采取优化电芯排布方式、壳体结构加强等措施,有效地抑制电池变形。

Abstract:Lithium ion battery has been applied widely in energy storage field.And prismatic Li-ion cell has gotten more attention because of its high volume utilization ratio and convenience for assembly.The design of a kind of resist deformation prismatic cell was introduced.For the deformation problem of high capacity prismatic lithium ion cell,the measures,such as optimizing cell arrangement and strengthening case structure,were taken to effectively suppress the deformation.
