正极集流体铝箔高温预处理的耐蚀性研究

摘    要:研究了锂离子电池正极集流体铝箔的耐腐蚀性能。将厚度为30μm的商业铝箔集流体分别在250℃和400℃下进行了高温热处理,并采用循环伏安扫描、电化学阻抗、计时电流等电化学方法研究了处理前后的铝箔预在BLE-802电解液体系中的耐蚀性能。研究结果表明经过250℃热处理5 h和400℃热处理2 h后的铝箔在电解液体系中耐蚀性能明显提高。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance behavior of commercial aluminum foil used as current collector for lithium-ion battery cathode was studied.The aluminum foil with the thickness 30 μm was annealed at 250 ℃ and 400 ℃ respectively.Cyclic Voltammetary(CV),Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS) and Chronoamperometry were adopted to study the corrosion behavior of the aluminum foil in BLE-802 electrolyte before and after pretreatment.The results show that the corrosion resistant performance in electrolyte is obviously improved after processing 5 h at 250 ℃ and 2 h at 400 ℃.
