摘    要:针对目前纯电动汽车采用的铅酸蓄电池,设计了铅酸蓄电池管理系统。系统主要用于监测铅酸蓄电池过充、过放、温度过高、报警提醒和计算剩余容量等参数监测,同时该系统具备车载通信等功能。介绍了铅酸蓄电池的参数采集原理,给出了硬件和软件的设计原理和框图。通过LIN/CAN车载总线协议,实现车载通信和电动汽车非车载传导式充电机的通信。

Abstract:The lead-acid battery management system for the pure electric vehicles was designed.The system was mainly to detect the parameters of the lead-acid battery,such as over-charge,over-discharge,high temperature,alarm reminders,and calculating the remaining capacity with the communication function.The principle of parameters collection of lead-acid battery was introduced,and the design & block diagram of hardware and software was given.By LIN/CAN vehicle bus protocol,the communication between off-board conductive charger and battery management system was achieved.
