基于SG3525矿用直流变换器控制电路的设计

摘    要:SG3525在使用时,传统模式使用额外的直流电源对SG3525供电。在矿用直流变换器控制电路的设计上,对传统模式进行改进,设计了SG3525辅助电源电路,使直流变换器具备了自启动功能。同时利用其软启动引脚设计了欠压和过流保护,并对电压调节器进行了设计,减小了直流变换器的输出电压纹波。实验证明该方案可靠、有效。

Abstract:The additional DC power supply was used in the traditional mode during the operation of SG3525.In this paper,the auxiliary supply circuit was designed to improve the traditional mode in the mining DC converter control circuit,which caused DC converter to possess self-start function.Besides,the under-voltage protection and overcurrent protection circuit was designed by using soft start pin,and voltage regulator was also designed.Thus the out ripple voltage of DC converter decreased.The experimental results show that the method is effective and reliable.
