DIR-MCFC小型电堆的研究

摘    要:组装了DIR-MCFC的小型电堆(三对,电极面积25.5 cm2).以甲烷为燃料,在操作压力0.3 MPa下,150mA/cm2电流密度放电时,输出功密度为338.4 mW/cm2.又进一步考察了影响电堆性能的条件,发现电池性能随着反应气压力增加而提高,在150 mA/cm2下,反应气压力由0.1 MPa升至0.3 MPa,毫池电压提高了177 mV;为了电池运行的稳定性,预防重整催化剂积碳,运行时进气水碳比(S/C)为2,分别测定了DIR-MCFC电堆中三对单电池的性能,发现第二对DIR-MCFC性能较低,这可能与电堆温度分布有关.

Abstract:The short stack with three DIR-MCFC(25.5 cm2) was assembled.The output power density of the stack feeding methane was 338.4 mW/cm2 under the conditions with the gas pressure of 0.3 MPa and the current density of 150 mA/cm2.Furthermore,according to the investigation on operation conditions,it is found that the performance of cell will be improved by elevating the reactants pressure.The potential increment is about 177 mV with the current density of 150 mA/cm2 after the reactants pressure rising from 0.1 MPa to 0.3 MPa.In order to keep the stack running stably and prevent carbon deposition,the steam carbon ratio was 2.Under this operation condition,the performance of three single DIR-MCFC was tested respectively.It is found that the performance of the middle cell is lower than the others,which may be resulted from the different temperature distribution.
