叠片陶瓷电容器原理及使用过程中的注意事项

摘    要:叠片陶瓷电容器由于性能优良而得到了广泛应用,但是在其使用过程中会出现很多意想不到的问题,进而影响到设计产品的性能。为了更好地使用陶瓷电容器,让其性能得到充分的发挥,对叠片陶瓷电容器的原理进行了分析,详细地阐述了在使用环境因素、电气因素及机械因素这三方面中电容器性能改变的原因,提出了在这几方面使用中需要注意的事项。

Abstract:Multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCC) are widely used in the electrics industry due to their high performance.Many unexpected problems,however,may be occurred in application.Consequently,these causes would affect the performance of the product design.In order to make better use of the MLCC,and further improve its performance,the theory of the MLCC was analyzed in detail.The findings show that the effect on the MLCC performance changing has three factors: environmental,electrical and mechanical factors.Some benefit suggestions were provided on all these three factors.
