微/纳米结构MnO负极材料的制备与储锂性能

摘    要:采用不同的方法制备出四种不同形貌的MnCO3作为前驱体,在H2/Ar混合气氛中热处理合成出规则的球形、立方体、哑铃体、椭球形四种不同形貌的MnO微/纳米材料。采用XRD、SEM、TG等方法对材料的结构和形貌进行表征。采用恒电流充放电方法比较了四种形貌的MnO材料用作锂离子电池负极材料时电化学性能。结果表明:0.1 C充放电时,球形和立方体形貌的MnO材料比容量较高,20次循环后保持在250 mAh/g以上。

Abstract:The precursor MnCO3 with different morphology was synthesized by different ways.After annealing the precursor MnCO3 under H2/Ar,cubic,spherical,dumbbell-like and ellipsoidal MnO was obtained.The structure and morphology of the products were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and thermogravimetry(TG).The electrochemical performance of MnO with different shapes was tested by the galvanostatically charge and discharge method.The results show that cubic and spherical MnO exhibits higher reversible specific capacity when tested at 0.1 C,keeping 250 mAh/g after 20 cycles.
