摘    要:对电源模块的常见失效模式及其原因进行了分析与总结,从常见的高失效率元器件入手,深层次地探讨了电源模块的老化机理。在此基础上,分别从整体功能方面以及元器件特性方面入手,确定了电源模块的老化状态检测指标,同时提出了几种现有的外部检测技术,并结合现场应用的实例进行了说明。对电源模块提出了维修改进建议。

Abstract:The common failure modes and corresponding reasons of power supply were summarized and the ageing mechanism of power supply and its components were analyzed.On this basis,the ageing condition inspection indicators were confirmed.At the same time,three inspection technologies were suggested and some examples were given to illuminate.In the end,some maintenance suggestions for power supply were proposed.
