PEMFC双极板的材料及制备工艺综述

摘    要:质子交换膜燃料电池(PEFMC)具有高效、环保等优点,是未来重要的新型能源。作为PEMFC的关键组件同时又是制约PEMFC发展的重要因素,价格低廉、性能优良的双极板研究和开发对于PEMFC的发展有着至关重要的作用。综合阐述了目前几类用于制备PEMFC双极板的材料及其制备工艺,对其利弊做出了分析,并讨论了双极板材料的未来发展方向。

Abstract:Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),with advantages such as high efficiency and environmental protection,is regarded as an important new energy in the future.The research and development of bipolar plate with lower cost and excellent property are very important for PEMFC because bipolar plates are not only one of the key components of PEMFC,but also one of the factors that restrict the development of PEMFC.In this article,both advantages and disadvantages of bipolar plate materials at present were compared and analyzed.The direction of the future bipolar plates development was also discussed.
