感应炉温度模糊PID控制系统的研究

摘    要:感应炉要求有较精确的温度控制,但由于感应炉有非线性、时变和纯滞后等复杂特性,很难建立其精确的数学模型,经典和现代控制方法不能达到好的控制效果。采用模糊自整定PID(比例-积分-微分)方法研究感应炉温度问题,实现PID参数在线自整定并在感应淬火炉上进行了仿真分析。结果表明,模糊自整定PID控制效果好,并且有较好的适应性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:The Induction furnace requires highly control precision,but it is difficult to establish the mathematic model because it possesses such features as non-linear,time-variable,pure lag,and etc.Both the classical control and the modern control can not get good control effect.The self-tuning fuzzy PID controller was adopted in this paper,which could realize the self-tuning of PID parameters.The system in the induction furnace was simulated.The simulation results show that,compared to the conventional PID controller,the self-tuning fuzzy PID controller has better control effect and performs better in adaptability and robustness.
