ZVS半桥变换器的磁集成研究

摘    要:为了减小高频时开关电源的开关损耗,提高变换器的效率和比功率,对传统的半桥变换器进行改造,增加谐振电感和谐振电容,通过谐振电感对并联在开关管两端的谐振电容的充、放电来实现开关管的零电压开关。为了减小开关电源中磁件的数量和体积采用平面磁集成技术将分立的谐振电感和变压器集成在同一个平面磁芯上。重点分析集成后ZVS半桥变换器的工作原理,研究谐振电感和变压器的集成方案。通过仿真和实验结果证明该方案的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:The traditional half bridge converter was reconstructed to increase the resonant inductance and resonant capacitance,reduce the switch loss,and improve the converter efficiency and power density.And the zero voltage switch of switch tube was implemented by the resonant inductance which charge and discharge the resonant capacitance in parallel with the switch tube.In order to reduce the size and number of switching power supply of magnetic pieces,the discrete resonant inductor and transformer were integrated on the same plane core.The working principle of ZVS half bridge converter after integration was analyzed,and the resonant inductor and transformer integration resolution was studied.Theoretical analysis and simulation results prove the correctness and feasibility of the program.
