铅酸电池装配线短路检测的选型及应用

摘    要:短路检测承担着极群入槽后检测隔套损坏或板栅变形造成的品质变差或变坏的作用.针对不同隔扳的特点,采用不同工作原理的高压控制器对极群进行检测.一种采用小电流连续的交流电压方式、大电流直流电压方式或采用脉冲电压方式,达到我们所预期要求的测试效果,通过现场实际应用,区分不同的隔板采用不同原理的控制系统达到了预期的效果.

Abstract:The short circuit detection bears the responsibilities to test the sleeve damage or grid deformation caused by deterioration or bad effects after polar groups enter the groove.According to the different characteristics of different partition,the high pressure controllers with different working principles were adopted to detect the pole groups.A small current continuous AC voltage,large current DC voltage or using pulse voltage mode could reach the expected test results.Through the practical application of the scene,by distinguishing different baffle plates,a different principle of the control system achieved the anticipated effect.
