轻骨料混凝土隔墙板施工技术

结合北京市昌平区沙河镇高教园区某小区凸窗外隔墙工程实例,详细介绍了轻骨料混凝土隔墙板作为外隔墙的施工难点,针对施工难点提出通过后置钢板埋件的方式固定安装外隔墙的施工方法及节点构造,并总结归纳得出施工要点.结果证明,该方法满足施工工序衔接与质量等各方面的要求,能够极大地缩短工期,很好地解决了轻质混凝土隔墙板在建造外隔墙时存在的安装固定等问题,取得了良好的经济和社会效益.

Construction of Partition Wall Plate with Lightweight Aggregate Concrete

Combined with outside partition construction of projecting windows in Gaojiao garden of Shahe town at Changping district of Beijing,the construction difficulties of partition wall plate with lightweight aggregate concrete as outside partition are introduced in detail,then the countermeasures and joints structure are put forward,and the construction key points are summarized.The result shows that this method meet the requirement of cohesion of construction process and quality.The construction period is reduced,and the problems of fixation of outside partition with lightweight aggregate concrete are successfully resolved.There is a good economic benefit and social benefit.
