数控铣削参数管理系统的研究

摘    要:针对数控铣削加工工艺的复杂特点,笔者以卧式加工中心DMC60H为研究平台,对航空发动机中铝合金壳体类液压零件的加工工艺数据进行了合理采集,建立了适合机械制造企业使用的数控铣削参数管理系统,实现了快速合理地选取数控加工铣削参数。应用结果表明,数控铣削参数管理系统可实现对数控铣削加工工艺信息的有效管理,提高了数控铣削加工工艺信息的使用效率,对数控铣削加工的生产和制造企业的发展具有一定的推动作用。

Abstract:In view of complexity of CNC milling process,the paper took horizontal machining center DMC60H as the study platform and collected the machining data of shell aluminum alloy hydraulic parts in the aircraft engine.In addition,it built the management system of CNC milling parameters suitable for the machinery manufacturing enterprises,so as to realized rapid and reasonable selection of CNC milling parameters.Application results showed that the management system could realize efficient management of CNC milling information,so as to improve the employment efficiency of CNC milling information.The system has certain promotion for the development of CNC milling manufacturing and production enterprises.
