低水气比工艺在Shell煤气变换节能改造中的应用

摘    要:介绍合成氨原料路线“煤代油”改造工程中变换工艺流程,比较高、低水气比变换工艺的优缺点.高水气比变换工艺存在蒸汽消耗量大、催化剂床层超温等问题,2011年实施了低水气比变换工艺改造。改造后,变换工艺装置运行稳定,节能降耗效果显著。

Abstract:This paper gives an introduction to the CO shift process flow in feedstock "oil-to-coal" revamp project to produce synthetic ammonia. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of low S/G ratio CO shift process with high S/G ratio process, it's found that high S/G ratio process has the disadvantages of large consumption of steam and overtemperature of catalyst bed. To solve the problems, a revamp by using low S/G ratio process was successfully conducted in 2011. Analyzing the catalyst selection and catalyst filling for low S/G ratio process, the revamped unit run steadily for four (4) months after commissioning, and presented remarkable results in energy saving and consumption reduction.
