| 摘 要： | 浩鑫商业广场为集商业、公寓、办公、住宅为一体的城市综合体,整体结构设计采用以地下室顶板作为嵌固端的简化设计方法。住宅楼部分剪力墙在四层楼面采用型钢混凝土结构进行转换,既满足了底部商业空间,又保证了单体结构的抗震性能指标和良好的可施工性。

| Abstract: | Haoxin Commercial Plaza is a city complex integrated with commerce,apartment,office and residence,the simplified design method in which the basement roof is taken as the fixed end was adopted in the overall structure design.In view of the shear wall on the fourth floor of residential buildings,the steel reinforced concrete structure was adopted for transfer in order to meet the bottom commercial space and ensure the seismic performance indicators and good workability of the structure. |
