摘    要:介绍了纳米陶瓷微粒的液相沉积表面包覆改性方法,包括沉淀法、非均匀形核法、超声化学法、溶胶-凝胶法、非均相凝聚法、化学镀法,指出了这些改性方法的优缺点及关键工艺条件,并综述了液相沉积法表面包覆改性的机理.

Abstract:The surface coating modification methods of nanoceramic particles by liquid deposition are introduced, including precipitation method, heterogeneous nucleation method, sonochemical method, sol-gel method, heterogeneous conglomeration method and electroless plating method.Their merits and demerits as well as key processes and conditions are pointed out. The mechanisms of surface coating modification methods by liquid deposition are summarized.
