| Abstract: | Defects such as unstable running, easy occurrence of faflure and automatic control system having no standby heat exist in present fire-fighting water system of this refinery. This paper brings forward a set of rebuilding design scheme to overcome above-mentioned defects, including thought of controlling PLC and transducer, and method of implementation. |
