百叶窗型透明蜂窝构件的热损系数和透过率的实验与理论研究

摘    要:根据建筑采光、窗体节能和用户视觉的特殊要求提出了百叶窗型蜂窝构件的概念 ,建立了百叶窗型蜂窝构件的传热模型 ,计算和分析了百叶窗型蜂窝构件的热损系数 ,并与双层窗构件和正方形蜂窝构件的热损系数和透过率进行了实验比较。其热损系数比正方形蜂窝构件大 ,但较双层窗构件有了很大改善 ,约减少了 4 0 .8%。相比于正方形蜂窝构件 ,其透过率随入射角的增加改善越大 ,在入射角为 6 0°时 ,透过率提高了 5 5 .8%。

Abstract:Based on the skylight of architecture,energy saving of window and user visual sense demand,the conception of shutter type honeycomb structure was submitted.The heat transfer model of shutter type honeycomb structure was established,calculation and analysis was done to heat transfer coefficient of shutter type honeycomb structure.Compared with double glazing structure and square honeycomb structure in experiment and theory,the heat transfer coefficient of shutter type honeycomb structure was bigger than square honeycomb structure,but much less than double glazing structure,exactly reduces 40.8%,the transmissivity of the shutter type honeycomb structure was much improved depending on the incident degree,which was much improved in visual sense compared with square honeycomb structure.
