| 摘 要： | 针对某石化公司的裂解炉炉出口平均温度原有控制方案中存在的问题,对其控制方案进行了改造,并实施以内模技术为基础的先进控制。结合实际运行情况,给出先进控制实施前后的控制效果对比,说明了裂解炉COT温度先进控制的有效性。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems of the existing control scheme of the exit average temperature of cracker on a petrochemical company,we propose a modified control scheme in this paper,and achieve the advanced control based on inner model. With the actual operation,the control effect comparison between before and after advanced control is given,and the effectiveness of advanced control of cracker COT temperature is therefore demonstrated. |
