发泡剂对空电池用阴极催化膜电性能的影响

摘    要:采用KHCO3、(NH4)2C2O4、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)及K2SO4为发泡剂,PTFE为粘结剂制备了空电池用阴极催化膜。采用DSC及TG对发泡剂进行热分析,采用扫描电镜观察了不同发泡剂制备的阴极膜的表面形貌,采用阴极极化曲线分析了发泡剂对阴极膜催化性能的影响。结果表明:发泡剂对空气电极催化活性有重要影响,且KHCO3作为发泡剂制备的催化膜表现出最优的机械强度及电催化性能。

Abstract:Air electrode was prepared by using KHCO3, (NH4)2C2O4, AC and K2SO4 as foaming agent and PTFE as binder. Thermal analysis of foaming agent was carried out by DSC and TG. The microstructures of the surfaces of catalytic layer were observed by SEM and the effect of foaming agents on catalytic activity of catalytic layer was also discussed by cathodic polarization curve test. The results showed that foaming agent has important influences on the performance of catalytic layer and catalytic layer using KHCO3 as foaming agent has the best mechanical strength and catalytic performance.
