梅山铁矿精确化磨矿工业试验研究

摘    要:为了提高磨矿均匀性和降低磨矿过程成本, 梅山铁矿选矿厂在四系列进行了精确化磨矿工业试验。结果表明, 与应用前相比, 二段分级溢流产品中平均粒度加粗10%;合格粒级含量提高1.82个百分点, 提高幅度为2.35%;-10 μm粒级含量降低了1.05个百分点, 降低幅度为6.91%。磁选尾矿中-10 μm粒级含量下降15.56个百分点, 降低幅度25.52%;平均粒度加粗0.06 mm, 加粗幅度150%。同时磨机功耗下降1.68 kWh/t, 钢球单耗下降0.1 kg/t, 磨机噪音下降2~6 dB, 磨矿矿浆温度降低0.5~2 ℃, 一段磨磨机衬板使用寿命估计可延长6个月, 二段磨磨机衬板使用寿命可延长1年以上, 折合降低磨矿成本1.70元/t, 取得了非常显著的节能降耗效果。四系列研究成果已经在其他系列同类型磨矿作业中推广应用。

Commercial Tests on Precise Grinding of Iron Ore from Meishan Iron Mine

Abstract:In order to obtain homogeneous grinding fineness and lower grinding cost, commercial tests on precise grinding were conducted for №4 product line of concentrator in Meishan Iron Mine. Results showed that after optimization, the average fineness of the overflow from the second stage of classification increased by 10%. The rate of particles with qualified size increased 1.82 percentage points, a 2.35% rise, while the rate of particles at the grinding fineness of -10 μm decreased 1.05 percentage points, a fall of 6.91%. As for the tailings from magnetic separation, the rate of particle size of -10 μm range decreased 15.56 percentage points, a fall of 25.52%, and an average increase of 0.06 mm in particle size, a 150% rise. Meanwhile, the power consumption dropped 1.68 kWh/t, the ball consumption dropped 0.1 kg/t, the processing noise dropped by 2~6 dB and the pulp temperature decreased by 0.5~2 ℃. Consequently, the service life of mill liners for the first stage and the second stage of milling can be extended for around six months and over a year, respectively, equivalent to a 1.70 RMB/t reduction in cost. This research results have been applied into milling operations of other series.
