导水机构互换性中高精度轴向装配尺寸链的加工精度、装配工艺和形位误差分析

摘    要:高水头混流式水轮机导水机构互换性具有巨大的经济效益。本文全面分析和论证了高精度轴向装配尺寸链的加工精度、形位误差与检测方法及加工机床精度的内在关系,并提出了在现有一般技术装备条件下如何保证导叶端面间隙的工艺路线,以及进一步提高形位误差的可行性方案。

Abstract:The exchangeability of wicket gates in a high head Francis turbine has great economical benefits. In this paper,the inner relationships between the machining precision of high precision axial assembling dimensional chain,error in shape and position and checking and measuring method, machine tool precision have been fully analyzed and proved.Also pointed out how to guarantee the technological process of guide vane end gap under the existing technical equipments conditions, and the feasibility plan analysis of further raising up the error in shape and position.
