| 摘 要： | 根据移动智能网的发展现状,对3G移动智能网建设的需求进行了分析,提出了一种混合建设方案,使3G用户在3G网络中使用CAMEL3业务,在2G网络上漫游时使用CAMEL2业务.该方案可支持移动智能网用户从2G向3G的带号升级和在3G和2G之间的无缝跨网漫游,同时对2G中的CAMEL2网络和业务影响很小.

| Abstract: | Based on the status quo of the mobile intelligent network (MIN), the requirement of MIN construction in 3G is analyzed, and a mixed solution is proposed, which provides 3G subscribers with CAMEL3 services in 3G network and CAMEL2 services when they are roaming in 2G networks. For MIN subscribers, this solution supports number-portable upgrade from 2G to 3G, and seamless roaming between 3G and 2G. Meanwhile, it has little influence on the CAMEL2 networks and services in 2G. |
