摘    要:在活性污泥系统中利用EM菌液通过SBR反应器对经过一次生化处理的皂素生产废水进行深度处理研究,结果表明:在进水COD的质量浓度为3 000~3 250 mg/L,EM复壮液用量为进水量的0.7%,活性污泥液用量为EM复壮液的2倍,投加周期为9 d,系统一次曝气时间为16 h时,COD的去除率可达74.4%,最终出水COD的质量浓度基本稳定在800 mg/L左右,可达国家污水综合排放三级标准。

Abstract:In an activated sludge system,EM bacterial liquid flew through SBR reactor and was used for the advanced treatment of saponin wastewater which had been biochemical treated.The results of the test showed that: when the mass concentration of influent COD was 3 000-3 250 mg/L,the EM rejuvenated liquid dosage was 0.7% of influent water quantity,the dosage of activated sludge was two times the amount of EM rejuvenated liquid,the adding period was 9 d,the system aeration time was 16 h,the removal rate of COD could reach 74.4%,the mass concentration of the final effluent COD remained about 800 mg/L,which could meet the specification for grade 3 in Intergrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
