白-21井负压钻井井段的钻井液技术

摘    要:白-21井是中原油田第一口深层气探井,井深4190m。该井四开井段实施负压钻井、边喷边钻技术,在国内尚属首例。在负压钻井施工中采用了M941无机阳离子聚合物钻井液体系。介绍了M941钻井液的配制和维护处理工艺,以及体外循环和放喷下钻划眼的钻井液工艺。M941无机阳离子聚合物钻井液及其工艺技术,满足了白-21井负压钻井的施工要求。实施负压钻井时应充分考虑地层条件和负压的程度,采用粘度和切力低、动塑比高、防塌能力强的钻井液体系,严格控制钻井液体系的pH值小于9。

Abstract:Underbalanced drilling technology is adopted in Bai-21 well, the first deep gas exploration wellin Zhongyuan oil field. To solve the problems encountered in drilling operation, such as wall sloughing, well kick and stucking, etc. , M941 inorganic cationic polymer drilling fluid (the dosage of M941 should be 0. 2-0. 3%) is used. The formulation, maintenance method of the said drilling fluid and some drilling fluid technology used are introduced.
