苯胺和联苯胺在非晶态Fe-W合金钝化膜上电聚合的研究

摘    要:通过苯胺或联苯胺在非晶Fe-W钝化膜表面上电化学聚合,分析了苯胺电化学聚合的行为和过程。用极化曲线和浸泡实验测定了修饰膜在酸性、中性、碱性介质中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,非晶Fe-W镀层经聚苯胺或联苯胺修饰后其耐蚀性能均有所提高。

Abstract:The behavior and process of electrochemical polymerization of aniline was analyzed in this paper by electrochemical polymerization of oniline on Fe-W passive film. Corrosion behaviors of the film were determined by anodic polarization curves and immersion tests.The results showed that corrosion resistance of the amorphous Fe-W deposits after polymer modification is improved to some extent.
