碳纤维用聚丙烯腈纺丝过程的控制设计

摘    要:利用3Dmax和Visual Basic6.0软件,开发了碳纤维用聚丙烯腈纺丝过程模拟控制软件。该软件包括控制系统主界面的设计和系统软件的设计,实现了温度、流量、压力、速度等工艺数据的采集、分析、处理和存储功能,具有界面友好,易于操作,针对性强等特点,可实现碳纤维纺丝运行系统的自动化控制,有利于提高聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝的质量。

Abstract:An analog control software for the spinning process of PAN precursor for carbon fiber was developed with 3Dmax and Visual Basic 6. The design comprised system interface design and program design. This software realized the functions of data acquisition, analysis, processing and storage, like temperature, flow, pressure, speed, etc. with the features of friendly interface, easy operation and clear purpose. The automatic control of carbon fiber spinning process can be realized by this software, which was essential to imorove the orooerties and oualitv of PAN-based carbon fiber.
