摘    要:该文用活性炭+H2O2处理了分散染料废水、对氯氰苄废水、间硝基对氯苯胺废水及对甲酯膦硝基乙酰苯胺等废水。结果表明,在氧化剂的用量为(质量分数为30%,全文同)5~15 mL/L废水,催化剂活性炭用量为0.5~1 g/mL H2O2时,加或不加Fe2+,搅拌或曝气一定时间,能使化学耗氧量(COD)值从3 000 mg/L降至200~400 mg/L。同时介绍了与内电解和稳定塘相结合的处理分散染料废水的实际工艺过程和处理效果。结果表明,经处理后的水质可以达到国家二级排放标准,处理成本为6.5元/t.

Abstract:Catalytic oxidation process for treatment of several chemical industrial wastewaters containing disperse dye,p-cyanobenzyl chloride,m-nitro-p-chloroaniline,etc.were carried out at normal temperature and pressure by using activated carbon(AC) as catalyst and H_2O_2 as oxidant.Experiment results indicated that,under the conditions of H_2O_2(30%)/wastewater=5~15 mL/L,AC/ H_2O_2=0.5~1.0 g/mL,with or without Fe~(2 ),the degradation reactions were completed with the COD of the wastewater descending from several thousands mg/L to 200~400 mg/L.The practical disposal process and effect of treatment of the wastewater containing disperse dye were also introduced in this paper.Results showed that the effluent can accord with the secondary national discharge standard when cooperated with inner electrolysis as pretreatment method and treated in the pond eventually.The cost of the treatment is less than 6.5$/t which can meet the manufacture's need.
