摆盘发动机动力平衡的优化设计

摘    要:在对摆盘发动机进行动力学分析的基础上,通过确定设计变量、选择目标函数,给出约束条件,建立动力优化的数学模型.并以某一型号摆盘发动机为例,分别给出限定振动力和限定振动力矩两种约束条件下不同的目标函数,并用二次规划法对摆盘发动机动平衡进行优化,最后比较两种目标函数下的优化结果.结果表明,在保证下降百分比一定的情况下,利用限定振动力矩这一约束条件所得到的优化结果要好于限定振动力所得到的结果,从而更有利于控制发动机机架的振动和降低噪声.

Abstract:Based on kinetic analysis of wobble-plate engine,the optimal mathematical model was established for dynamic balance,which was followed by confirming design parameters,choosing objective functions and presenting restrictions.Choosing some type of wobble-plate engine as an example,two different objective functions were given considering limiting its shaking force or limiting its shaking moment.Optimization of dynamic balance was investigated by Sequential Quadratic Programming.Then the optimized results under different objective functions were compared.The conclusion shows that the result by limiting percent descending of shaking moments is better than that by limiting percent descending of shaking forces.It benefits to control vibration and noise on the engine.
