串联谐振逆变器死区位置不同时的浪涌电压电流分析

摘    要:以高频串联感应加热电源为研究对象,分别在负载呈感性和容性两种状态下,分析了感应加热电源的谐振槽路和拓扑结构,就串连谐振逆变器的换流过程从理论上进行了深入地研究;根据逆变器运行性能与死区时间存在紧密联系的特点,论述了两种情况下死区对浪涌电压电流的影响;在分析对比两种状态下的换流过程的基础上,提出了一种计算最佳死区的方法,并以IRFP460作为逆变开关器件,根据最佳死区的理论,用PSpice进行仿真验证,得出了和理论分析一致的仿真波形。

Abstract:By researching high frequency solid induction heating power supply, the basic principals of the resonant tank and the two main topologies are analyzed in detail. Switching process of the series resonant inverter is deeply studied respectively in theory when dead time and current of the load locate at the different phase. Considering the performance of the inverter be closely related to the breadth of the dead time, influence of dead time on surge voltage/surge current is discussed. Based on comparison two types of switching process, IRFP460 is employed as the switches, a method for calculating the best dead time is presented. Validity of the method is proved by simulating using PSpice.
