综放沿空异形煤柱广义尺寸效应研究

摘    要:根据煤柱强度理论和限差分计算分析了尺寸效应对异形煤柱的影响,得出当煤柱宽度为5m~10m时,煤柱虽已破坏,但处于低应力区,只要采取一定的加固措施,使其为一整体,就基本能保证其稳定性;当煤柱宽度为10m-20m时,煤柱内塑性区已贯通,同时应力峰值未能发生转移,使煤柱一直承受较高应力,对煤柱稳定极为不利;当煤柱宽度为20m以上时,虽然应力峰值不发生转移,但煤柱内塑性区不贯通,煤柱中形成弹性核区,能很好抵抗峰值压力,但从资源角度考虑,20m以上煤柱不适宜做护巷煤柱;当煤柱宽度超过23m时,煤柱强度基本不增大的结论,对以后煤柱设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the size effect of irregular pillar has been studied through the effect of width to height ratio based on the pillar intensity theory and the numerical simulation. The study shows that in the situation of 5 m to 10 m wide coal pillar, there is not large pressure over it and if it can be kept in integer by certain supporting measures, it still can be maintained in steady state rely on its residual strength; when t the width of the pillar is around 15 m, it is at yield and there is not elastic state region in the center and at the same time, the peak stress is over the coal pillar and it can not transfer to coal seam. So the medium size coal pillar goes against the stability; when the width of the coal pillar surpasses 20 m, though the pillar has still suffered the peak of the vertical stress there are plastic zones in both edges of the pillar. In this situation, the pillar has sufficient bearing capacity to maintain itself in a steady state, but it goes against the saving of coal resourcel the coal pillar intensity basically maintains constant as the coal pillar width surpasses 23 m, which provides a certain reference value to the coal pillar design.
