摘    要:针对往复式隔膜泵动力端设计,提出了一种三拐四支承组合式曲轴新结构.采用有限元法,将新型组合式曲轴结构与传统三拐二支承整体式曲轴结构进行静力学对比研究,分析它们的应力变化规律并计算出最大应力值,并利用这些数据进行疲劳强度校核.通过对比分析,验证了组合式曲轴新结构的优势,对今后往复泵用曲轴的设计及制造具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:A new type of tri-turned crankshaft with four supports was designed for diaphragm pump. With the adoption of the finite element method, the static stress analysis and research was carried out between combination design crankshaft and traditional tri-turned crankshaft with two supports, and the maximum stress value of both have been calculated, which is used in fatigue intensity calculate. The advantage of this combination design crankshaft is obvious after analysis, and it is significant for future design and manufacture of crankshaft for diaphragm pump.
