| 摘 要： | 本文从微乳化液形成机理入手，分析了解决乳液腐败问题的对策，把生物稳定材料引入配方，制成了生物稳定的微乳化液，使水溶性切削液实现了多功能，长寿命，高效益。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the formation of micro-emulsifing fluids and analyses the solution for the deterioration of emulsifying fluids. It introduces biosta ble materials into formulation of biostable microemulsifying fluids, so as to obtain multi-function, long-life and high efficient water-soluble cutting fluids. |
