为了落实江苏高校体育改革,更好地促进阳光体育活动的开展,对常州市普通高校本科学生的体育锻炼情况进行了调查与分析,研究结果显示学生参加体育锻炼意识淡薄,体育习惯尚未形成,文化任务重、体育场地器材缺乏等因素是制约大学生坚持体育锻炼的主要原因。

Investigation and Analysis of Changzhou Ordinary University Undergraduates Physical Training Situation

To implement physical education reform of Jiangsu province and well encourage the spread of exercises,the article makes an investigation on physical activity conduction for Changzhou Ordinary University undergraduates,and analyzes the cause.The conclusion is that the lack awareness of physical exercises,the undeveloped habit of physical exercises,too much homework and insufficient sports fields and apparatus are the main cause to stop the college student's physical exercises.
