热管内部强化传热安全及寿命的研究

摘    要:介绍了利用分流管结构强化碳钢-水热虹吸管内部传热的试验研究,不同充钠量下,高温钠热管中钠-水反应的试验研究和低合金钢-碱金属热虹吸管相容性及寿命的研究。在试验研究的基础上,又相继开发了一系列热管设备,如高含尘气体下的大型热管蒸汽发生器、燃煤高温热管热风炉以及高温高热流密度下的分离式热管取热器,从而反映了近年来热管技术研究开发的一些进展情况。

Abstract:The experiments on enhancing heat transfer with perforated pipes inside carbon steel water thermosyphon, the research on sodium water reaction in high temperature heat pipe and study on compatibility and life alloy allow steel alkali meter are carried out. Based on the experimental researches some of heat pipe apparatus are developed, such as, giant heat pipe steam generator, high temperature heat pipe air furnace and separate type heat pipe steam generator at high temperature and with high heat flux. All of these show the progress of heat pipe technology research and development in recent years.
